नाव किराए पर लेकर या पर्यटन खरीद कर आप हमारी नीचे परिभाषित शर्तें और शर्तें स्वीकार करते हैं।

निजी चार्टर

The boat rental including all costs for meals and additional add-ons must be paid in full before the start of the cruise. भुगतान are accepted in cash, by bank transfer, or credit card.

Furthermore the boat rental शामिल है all the services mentioned on the website or during the booking process (only writen agreements count). Often more, but never less. If certain services offered are not used voluntarily or if services are expected that go beyond the agreed service, no claim for reimbursement can be derived से this. Waiting time is always paid time: If the customer do not start the trip on time and do not arrange this with us separately, the lost tour time is non-refundable. An extension of the tour beyond the previously fixed time is possible only by further agreement and probably additional surcharge. Please keep in mind, that most boats can't cruise after sunset. In case of reduced tour time the captain may decide to change the planned itinerary depending on the delay.
Due to their tight schedules taxis that we have ordered for the transfer usually wait a maximum of 15 minutes. If they need to cancel the transfer order, they will nevertheless charge the full amount and the customer will need to arrange another transport on your own.

In the event of misconduct that endangers safety or property damage, the captain has the right to interrupt the voyage or end it immediately. According to Thai law, persons under the influence of alcohol/drugs must be denied access to the boat. In such a case, the customer's payment obligation remains.
Passengers must follow all crew instructions immediately and without delay. This also applies to putting on life jackets (nobody likes them, we know ... but as the law force us to do, we need to follow the rules). Beside of controlled areas by the Marine departement, wearing supplied live jackets is recommended at all time.

Obvious errors and mistakes in the information provided, and/or published by Deep Blue will not bind Deep Blue. The Thai consumer law applies to these general terms and conditions. Disputes must be submitted to the competent court in the place where the consumer or passenger resides.

Deep Blue यात्री संपत्ति के नुकसान और/या क्षति के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है। यात्री अपने सभी सामान को अपने जोखिम पर बोर्ड करते हैं।
Deep Blue के साथ बुक किए गए सभी पर्यटन नाव दुर्घटनाओं के विरुद्ध बीमाकृत हैं। उसके अलावा, Deep Blue किसी भी प्रकार की व्यक्तिगत चोट या संपत्ति के नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है, कारण की परवाह किए बिना, यात्रा से पहले, दौरान या परिणामस्वरूप। यह Deep Blue के इरादे या सकल लापरवाही के कारण हुए नुकसान पर लागू नहीं होता है। वैधानिक मुआवजा संबंधित यात्रा के लिए नाव किराए की कीमत तक सीमित है।
Deep Blue जेटी या नाव पर कदम रखने या बोर्ड करने के कारण यात्रियों के व्यक्तियों या संपत्ति को हुए किसी भी नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। यात्री पूरी तरह से अपने जोखिम पर इन क्षेत्रों में प्रवेश करते हैं।
अतिथि Deep Blue या तीसरे पक्ष द्वारा उपयोग की जाने वाली वस्तुओं/सामानों को हुए किसी भी नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।
Deep Blue द्वारा आयोजित सभी तट और जल गतिविधियां आपके अपने जोखिम पर होती हैं।
बच्चे माता-पिता की जिम्मेदारी हैं। 4 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों को अपने माता-पिता की गोद में बैठने की आवश्यकता है।
Should Deep Blue not be able to comply with their obligations due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to restitution or compensation, but refund of course.

जमा और पूर्ण भुगतान

एक बार जब हमें आपके द्वारा अनुमोदित कुल मूल्य (कर सहित) का कम से कम 50% जमा प्राप्त हो जाता है, तो हम बुकिंग की पुष्टि कर सकते हैं।

The balance is due no later than 7 days before departure, in some cases 14 days before departure (depending on the logistics and the yacht).
If you prefer to be on the safe side and pay the balance at boarding, please pay in cash in Thai Baht. Foreign currencies only by prior arrangement.

If it is not possible to safely complete the booked tour due to a technical problem or dangerous weather conditions (predicted by the Marine Department Thailand), we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of all amounts paid.

The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that both parties consider the booking to be binding.
Therefore, in the event of a unilateral termination of the contract (cancellation) by the customer, not in all cases a refund of the deposit is possible. This depends in particular on the booking lead times and the possibility of compensating for the loss through new bookings:

रद्दीकरण up to 1 month before departure: 25% refund *
(less all payments for booked third-party services)

पार्टी बोट / सुपर यॉट:

पार्टी-बोट और सुपर यॉट किराए के लिए भुगतान की वापसी आम तौर पर संभव नहीं है, क्योंकि सामान्य परिस्थितियों में कई सप्ताह के भीतर बिक्री के नुकसान की भरपाई नहीं की जा सकती है।
बुक की गई सेवाओं के लिए भुगतान तीसरे पक्ष के प्रदाताओं से**:

यात्रा रद्दीकरण बीमा
